We were honored to have been named a finalist in the Dutch SDG Awards<\/a>. This recognition is a testament to the passion and commitment behind Treesistance\u2019s efforts to protect the Amazone<\/a> rainforest. Our mission \u2014 to combine indigenous knowledge with scientific innovation \u2014 reflects our deep belief in transforming how the world addresses forest crime and conservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Dutch SDG Awards recognize organizations that are pioneering in creativity and innovation to drive social impact, especially in the context of the Sustainable Development Goals. SDG Netherlands brings together individuals, organizations, and communities to work collectively toward a more sustainable and equitable future. The nomination, means being acknowledged for contributions that go beyond the ordinary, from environmental preservation to fostering global cooperation and meaningful change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the core of our work is empowering indigenous communities to protect their territories, and we are grateful for the strong partnerships we\u2019ve built globally. This support goes beyond financial contributions, as it includes sharing knowledge, expertise, and standing together for a shared purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This recognition inspires us to continue spreading our message to our community in the global north and to remind both the general public and business world\u2026.. that you don’t have to be in the forest to join the fight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
