Ind\u00edgena Munduruku Takuara, en el municipio de Belterra, PA, ha estado demandando al Estado Brasile\u00f1o desde 1998 para finalizar el proceso administrativo de demarcaci\u00f3n del Territorio junto a FUNAI, en respuesta a los pagos atrasados no procesados por la organizaci\u00f3n competente. Con los retrasos en la realizaci\u00f3n del proceso administrativo, el Territorio es diariamente violado por medio de invasiones madereras, apropiaci\u00f3n de tierras y la expansi\u00f3n de grandes plantaciones de soja dentro del \u00e1rea de protecci\u00f3n ambiental.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-75f6019\" data-id=\"75f6019\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-47403df elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"47403df\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Territorio Ind\u00edgena (TI) Munduruku-Takuara est\u00e1 ubicado en la margen derecha del r\u00edo Tapaj\u00f3s, en el municipio de Belterra, Par\u00e1, y tiene acceso por la BR-163 (Santar\u00e9m-Cuiab\u00e1), en direcci\u00f3n a Santar\u00e9m \u2013 Itaituba.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A una distancia m\u00e1xima de 130 km desde la ciudad de Santar\u00e9m y pasando por Belterra, se llega al Territorio Ind\u00edgena. El \u00e1rea del Territorio Ind\u00edgena Munduruku-Takuara es de 25.323 hect\u00e1reas, y la comunidad ind\u00edgena se encuentra en la Floresta Nacional del Tapaj\u00f3s.<\/span><\/p><p>Dentro del territorio, m\u00e1s de 62 familias ind\u00edgenas residen directamente en la aldea y m\u00e1s de 20 familias viven en comunidades adyacentes. En la primera fase de la explotaci\u00f3n maderera, se talan los \u00e1rboles que tienen las maderas tropicales m\u00e1s valiosas \u2013 seg\u00fan la cotizaci\u00f3n de los mercados internacionales.<\/p><p>La segunda fase consiste en la explotaci\u00f3n de la madera remanente. La tercera y \u00faltima fase es la eliminaci\u00f3n total de la vegetaci\u00f3n, generalmente para fines relacionados con la agricultura industrial o la ganader\u00eda extensiva.
